We are back running group sessions in the studio ...

There will be various small group sessions available each day.

We will have the gym set up to keep our clients safe and equipment will be cleaned before the next session.

The sessions focus On increasing your  fitness ,, strength and core function ...

Monday’s 9.30 am   plus 5.15 pm and 6.15 pm.

Tuesday’s 9.30 am and 10.30 am .

Thursdays 9.30 am and 10.30 am and 5.15 pm and 6.15 pm.

Friday’s 9.30 am and 10.30 am 

Saturday’s 8 am ..
